The Family Meeting will kick off with an AHCF sponsored luncheon at noon on Friday June 29th with all of the registered Physicians and AHC families and friends invited.
We will be scheduling clinic appointments and genetic counseling appointments for both new and returning families at the AHC Family Conference this year. Appointments will begin on Wednesday, June 27th. In order to provide families with the most relevant information we will be collecting blood to screen prior to the conference. Please contact Tara Newcomb (email@example.com) to schedule an appointment and request a blood kit. There is no charge for the appointments.
