We are proud to announce a major investment in the future of AHC research.
The AHC Foundation is committing over $300,000 to fund a prospective Natural History Study at Massachusetts General Hospital, led by Dr. Nutan Sharma.
This study will expand the largest long-standing AHC patient data and bio-sample collection effort, identify measurable indicators of disease state, and help define how AHC evolves from childhood through adulthood. These are the critical building blocks required for strong clinical trials.
Participation will be made easier through regional in-person collection sites, telehealth visits, and home collection kits — helping reduce travel burden for families.
