Thursday June 19th
Informal Office Hours – an afternoon with medical and professional experts in AHC, Epilepsy, Genetics, & More. No appointment needed!
Meet & Greet – All are invited to join us for a pizza gathering at the hotel. Mingle with other families, doctors, and board members to start the conference off with a warm welcome.
Friday & Saturday June 20th– 21st
The agenda will include two full days of presentations, expert panels, and Q & A sessions, plus time to socialize with families, physicians and foundation board members.
Saturday June 21st
- AHCF Luncheon – Families are invited to join for a foundation sponsored luncheon. Help us celebrate 30 years of serving the AHC community!
- Ice Cream Social & Dance – Join us for an evening of fun with friends and family!

Caregiving
AHCF will provide volunteers and activities in the Hangout Room. A parent or designated caregiver is welcome to accompany the individual with AHC/siblings, if they choose.
Family Grant for Family Meeting
AHCF offers the Lynn Egan Family Grant, available on a limited basis, of up to $500 per family, and may be used for attending the Family Meeting. If you are in need, please get in touch with Heather (heather@ahckids.org) for more information.
If you find the requested registration fee a hardship and may prevent you from attending, please get in touch with Heather (heather@ahckids.org).
We are happy to provide letters of need or letters for Visa applications to attend the meeting. Please email Sharon (sharon@ahckids.org) as early as possible to accommodate such requests.
