AHC Community Update!!! We’re excited to share that families in Brazil are receiving wonderful clinical and research services with the help of AHCF Medical Advisory Board member, Marcio Sotero de Menezes. Dr. Sotero reports, “We had two wonderful clinics in São Paulo and Salvador. We saw lots of kids and some adults. The study is really getting traction. Lots of cross fertilization. We were able to talk with some new families from the northeast of the country. The families seem to enjoy having geneticists, movement disorder and epilepsy specialists in the same room.”
The next gathering in Brazil will be on April 9th. We wish all our friends and families in Brazil a fantastic meeting in April.
